Zero human interaction. Yes, the AI approach is 'cool' but there is no trust from the very begining. I applied via a LinkedIn job post. Then, very soon after (worringly soon), I was invited to a 30-minute skills assessment. Following this there was is a design task then final interview - I didn't reach these. Why? I did not carry out the assessment. Despite the role sounding great, with the opportuity to move to Dubai (with provided assistance), I just couldn't trust. For the assessment, they required access to your Mic, Camera and Screen. Maybe normal, but for me not so much. I emailed a member of their team regarding this and did not recieve any reply.
