First off, if you submit an application online- go in store and speak with the department manager of the department you applied for. Putting a face to the name helps you (probably, not guaranteed) have a much more likely chance of them hiring you especially if you introduce yourself, show respect (shake their hand, look them in the eye, act professional and dress professional), your willingness to work hard, your skills and have an open availability. It helps you stand out from just being a name on a screen and builds a nice reputation for them to go off of. The interview included extremely easy questions you could answer on the fly! It was a super smooth process with questions that anyone could answer without studying up on. It went extremely well and wasn't longer than 30 minutes.
