I had to interview with the bakery department manager and the store manager at the same time. It was intimidating because i was under the impression that I was going to be interviewing with just the bakery manager.

There was a short conversation with Store Manager about expectations and eligibility. The conversation was approximately five minutes. There was nothing else I jumped into the hiring process immediately. I am not sure if this was the experience for anyone else.. This was not a formal interview.
