submitted an application and heard back about a month later asking to come in for an interview the next week. pretty quick interview, less that 15 minutes. asked some pretty easy questions and asked about availability

Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.
Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
