It was a horrible process. I was interviewed by all Caucasian interviewers. It's obvious that Publix discriminates against hiring minorities for management level positions. I have yet to meet or speak to a management level minority.

It was fairly easy, with lots of questions. There were three rounds of interviews. All the interviewers were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. Some background on the company. It was a positive experience.

Entretien
Very nice and friendly. They are technical questions but otherwise great! They have good benefits and employee programs. Recommended. You can go in person to apply or apply online. This is a big company. Many perks offered.
The interview process was virtual; it was very basic, no frills type meeting, easy questions, and fairly short interview overall. At the end, they asked if I had any questions, so I inquired about benefits and hours.
