J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Publix (Lakeland, FL) en juin 2023

Kind of a mess. I applied for an application developer role and the interview covered infrastructure, and the actual role was on a delivery team like an ops/support role that supported mobile applications. I didn't get any time to ask any questions during the first interview, and during the second interview they asked me a bunch of trivia questions about microsoft products. They made an offer and then rescinded it the following week.

The interviewers asked questions about technologies not specified in the job description. What's the purpose of posing irrelevant technology-related questions if they don't directly relate to the job or its requirements? Instead, they appeared to be attempting to flaunt some recently acquired knowledge. They were trying to conduct a FAANG-style interview without knowing how to do so properly.
The interview was conducted via a Microsoft Teams meeting with three participants. Unfortunately, none of them turned on their cameras, leaving me as the only one on camera and unable to read their expressions. I found this unprofessional, making it difficult to assess feedback accurately.
