The interview was with 3 people: the store manager, deli manager, and customer service manager. Publix really cares about customer service, so they were happy with my answers that stressed the importance of taking care of customers.

It was a hiring event so about ten people were doing interviews all at once. They had several store managers doing the interviews. I had a district manager interview me.
