I was actually interviewing for a position in grocery but the interviewer saw that my experience and personality reflected more Customer Service traits, so he called in that department's manager and I got the job on the spot.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
