Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.

I applied for the job and got called 5 days later for an interview. Spoke to the customer service she explain the job
And explained Publix moto which is the customer is always right. And got hired right in the spot took a drug test.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.

I applied online and I showed up at the job fair in both March to learn about the company and April to actually do my interview. It was for a new store they are opening in Rolesville.
