You apply online, and were called into a one-on-one meeting in which you answered very standard questions. Mainly they were just seeing how personable you were since that is a major priority for the company. Also were concerned about availability.

Very standard questions about goals and personality.
East interview, greeted by assistant manager. Very friendly staff as well. Thirty minutes no more than forty minutes. Also got to meet the store manager, great environment overall. Dressed business casual
This is one of the easiest interviews I’ve encountered. Be yourself, it’ll take you far. They love someone who wants to tend to the customer at almost any cost, a team player, and one who takes time management seriously.
