Applied online. Got an email in mid March asking to set up a Skype call. Interviewed with 4 managers/department heads! They told me about the projects I would be working on and then asked a set of questions. They called me two days after the interview to offer me the position!

The recruitment process took around 1-2 months and was quite challenging. It required an experienced skill set to navigate through the various stages of the process. Despite the difficulties, the process eventually led to the final recruitment phase, which was a crucial step in the hiring process. Overall, the experience taught me the importance of perseverance and the value of possessing the necessary skills to succeed in a competitive job market.
