Entretien
Very simple. And informal and Relaxed. I applied when the store I work at was being built. So Publix rented a fancy hotel to have interviews and applications put in. Also at the hotel there was a group interview and had the chance to meet the managers. After the group interview we were told we would get a call if they were interested in us having another interview. About a week later I got a call and had my 1 on 1 interview. Then I Publix culture class. Then I got my uniform and went through training but it's on computer and in the field.
Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.

I applied online and I showed up at the job fair in both March to learn about the company and April to actually do my interview. It was for a new store they are opening in Rolesville.
