Opaque, Non responsive & Arrogant. It started with an email from them to complete the case study. To my surprise i was never contacted before by anyone from this company for job opportunity. They got my profile from somewhere and directly sent me an email to complete the case study. When i replied to this email i am not aware about this situation, i didnt get any reply from their end ( Not Naming anyone as she is a lady). Some days later i got a call from them regarding the job opportunity, i completed the case study and later gave a video interview. Again the interviewer was arrogant, didnt even turn on his video and expected me to have my video turned on. This was the signal clear for me to not join this company and i dint perform in the interview as i dint want to join it.

Initially, I was invited to the office to work on a business case study, with a duration of three hours. 2 days later, the second round was scheduled, during which the HR informed me that I would need to present my case study and connect it with my real-time project experience.
