I was contacted by the recruiter two months after I applied online... Start with a 30 mins phone screening. Then a one hour phone interview from team leader. One week later, I was asked to have an on-site interview. The on-site interview was NOT professional! Several technical questions have been asked, not hard, more experience based.

They ask us to share screen and give dedicated online compiler link and check any third party softwares installed and ask introduce about yourself and directly step into coding with ultra tough questions with data structures and alogrithms for any automation guy even . That amount of tough level is not required for a automation, they should ask what is relevant to automation techniques and relevant coding.
