Overall positive impact. My college had invited Publicis Sapient for Campus selection.
Publicis Sapient hires through AMCAT exam score for college folks. All of us went through the same process of whole day interviews and online exam.
Some questions were already prepared like why you want to join Publicis Sapient, what is your vision after 5 years?
We were sent a mail of welcome next day of selection.
After completing graduation, I joined Publicis Sapient within 2 months in my preferred city.
Overall, it was a good experience having sit at campus placement and getting selected in one of the reputed IT MNCs.

4 Rounds of Interview: First is a 2 part coding challenge taken online. Second is behavioral Interview. Third is Technical interview (programming assignment followed by technical questions. Fourth is a group Makeathon with a lot of other applicants.

The interview process took about a month. Started with a hackerrank code, followed up by a phone screen, then a behavioral, and finally a technical. following the technical was a group activity.
