Kind of suitability check for the role. Initially Recruiter will call you and they will be ready to pay what you will ask, but after confirmation real mess will start. It was just like filling bus with passenger with false hope saying that there is a seat available, but at time of offer letter release you will find that you are cheated. In my case recruiter was not able to pay me what I asked initially.
