I received a direct call(4th feb'19) from sapient HR hiring team for interview for which they got my candidature from naukri.com. Interview was scheduled for 8th feb'19. I reached on time at 10.30a.m. I must say sapient HR team value candidate's time and so they take quick action. 3 rounds were there. 1st round: Excel Round: was for 40mins for excel. They gave me a report with some data and few questions were asked. I have to use excel formula and functions to solve the problem on excel. Within 15mins, I was taken for 2nd round. 2nd round: was managerial round: in this round manager 1st discussed about my excel results and then started with many situational questions related to normal BAU that we do in our job(for eg: what if there is situation that client in US asked me for a report on Friday night to present some information by Monday morning (according to their time zone) and you know that there would be weekend between them because of which informations that you need are to be collected from various other teams and they all are on weekends. How would handle the situation and provide the client the information asked?) and few more such situational questions. One question that I was asked was what is the difference between Revenue and invoice amount? After around 35-45mins the 2nd round completed. And after 10mins I was called for 3rd Round. 3rd round: Sr manager round: in this round also a lot of situational questions. In 2nd and 3rd Round, I was asked about "go through your cv" kind of question also. Once the 3rd Round completed, I was asked to wait for sometimes. After 20mins,the manager of 2nd round came and said me that we have made our mind and you will have to come next week for final HR round once again for which HR will contact you. So now I am waiting for my call for this week. INTERVIEW IS STILL IN PROCESS. HOPEFULLY, I SHOULD GET THE JOB.. WILL POST OTHER DETAILS ONCE GOT SELECTED/REJECTED. Overall, very good HR team. Thanks.
