I got the call through a recruitment agency. Sapient took about 3 weeks to schedule the phone call. First call: The call came very late than scheduled time (25 mins late on a 30 minute call) and had to be rescheduled!
Sapient took another 3 more weeks to schedule second call. Second call: The interviewer was again late by 10 minutes! This time call duration was not communicated and it went for 1 hour. Questions were pretty easy and were mostly on basic Project Management. For an experienced PM/Director level person, these would be cake walk.
So far no response form Sapient. Overall experience has been disappointing. Looks like they were not interested in hiring itself. It's sad that HR or interviewer do not realize that they represent the company. The way they show up, doesn't reflect good on Sapient.

I submitted a CV, this was then followed by a call with a recruiter who provided more information about the role, the company and also asked about my skills and motivation for the role. I was then progressed to an interview which had two interviewers.

Mehrere Runden. Persönlicher Dialog nett aber sehr unstrukturiert. Leider keine echte Feedbackkultur bei der Absage. Beschreibung der Rolle über mehrere Interviewer nicht klar vermittelt. Kein Case. Grundsätzlich sympathisches Personal. Schönes Büro.
