There were 300 candidates who applies. 15 of them were shortlisted to the final interview (after they pass the telephone interview stage). The interview consists of 3 parts, Domain Interview, Attributes Interview, and a case study. They tell you exactly what to expect and how to prepare, except for the case study, which is basically a technical question, where you have 40 mins to prepare, and 40 mins to present the solution. They did not anything about asking about the company, so I did not do my research. however, they did ask this and I could not answer. After a month, they called me and gave me detailed feedback.
