The interview process starts with a communication test, followed by an aptitude test with few assignments, knowledge and experience test and followed by 2 rounds of interview with the immediate manager and then with the HOD.
The 1st round is a phone interview with HR.
The 2nd round is a face to face interview with the superior.
They act like they are satisfied with you. However, they already had preferences.

Entrevista virtual, após triagem de currículo pelo sistema online. Não cheguei ao final do processo, mas seria necessário mais uma entrevista com o Vice-Presidente da área como última etapa. Não foi necessário fazer provas ou dinâmicas.
