Enjoyed my interviews with the hiring team and HR. While skills are important, good cultural fit is definitely what they’re looking out for as well. There were a total of two rounds of interviews.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had to optimize a campaign that was underpacing (you may choose any channel as an example), what were your key considerations? Explain how the metrics improved after optimisation.
The virtual group interview was a single 30-minute round focused on discussing my past work experiences and assessing my overall fit with the company culture. The panel consisted of several senior team members. The atmosphere was professional yet welcoming, which helped ease any initial nerves.
