Consistent chasing of the internal recruiter/talent team to get feedback and follow-ups. The interview schedule was changed three times including an interviewer no-show due to the talent team not communicating with other stakeholders. Such poor management of the process that I received an apology email from a department head. The whole experience was so bad that after the task, I pulled out of the process / did not proceed any further.
