The interview process lasted approximately 30 minutes and was conducted online. I went through two separate interviews: one with HR and another with the hiring team. The first interview was aimed at helping me determine which role I wanted to pursue, with the HR representative providing an overview of the general workflow and presenting the options of either an Account Executive or Social Media. Four days later, I had the second interview with the manager of the team I would potentially be joining. During this interview, the manager discussed my role in greater detail, walked me through the processes, and provided expectations. I briefly shared my relevant experience and highlighted how my presence as an Account Executive could contribute to assisting the brand.

Fast, fair, and succinct. The interviewers were talented at their jobs and asked great questions. I was directed primarily to the team and hiring managers and found them intelligent, understanding and empathetic for their customer.
