The process takes about an hour. The interviewers are very nice. There are two rounds of interviews: a phone screening with HR and a face to face meeting with managers. You need to complete a written test before the interview with the managers.

Straight forward, to the point.
The interviewer was honest about job requirements & difficulties & where I stood in that equation & how I would be helping the team.
The interviewer also made it a point that I could be frank & honest with my concerns.

Written test for an hour. Then an interview with two staff members. The interviewing process is relaxing. Focused asking questions on my personal development. The whole interview including the written test took around 1.5 hours.
