The Interview Process was Very smooth and every question I had was answered , And explained so well , Mrs Shanna Who works in HR was very Knowledgeable of the company and made me comfortable in knowing that I would be working for An company With strong management and that’s something I value In an Company, and while waiting in the lobby random staff Would stop and introduce themselves and was Pre-Welcoming me to the team and that was very heart warming and Made me very enthusiastic about the possibility of joining the team At PruittHealth .
The interview went great Casey is super welcoming. i learned alot about survey. We talked about the staff to patient ratios. I learned that orientation is a 10 day process.

Why should they choose me over any other candidate?
Ms. Bethel was absolutely amazing! The facility felt welcoming and everyone I encountered had a smile on their face. When she asked me questions I felt that she really cared about my answers which points to me that there is great communication which is important to me.
It was on time . The interview was very professional and straight to the point. The manager was very nice and explained everything. The instructions was very easy and self explanatory.
