I was approached by the internal recruiter. Initial call over Teams, which was pleasant. Second round with a director of engineering, which was only oral questions, no coding. I wasn't very familiar with the backend tech so many areas were skipped and probably contributed to the negative outcome of the interview. It was still a fair interview.
