      will have more than 3 rounds. 1. Technical - Panel can have 1 or 2 - concentrate more on .Net basics, OOPS, SOLID, Design Patterns 2. System Test - Need to implement it - concentrate more on design, thought process, Patterns, Maintainability 3. Code Presentation - Need to explain design and thought process. .... Not cleared this round.

      I attended the interview in Prowareness before few weeks and it took almost two days to complete the entire process . The HR helped me to complete the process by scheduling it on another day according to my availability.Though the process was little lengthier than what i expected, it was a good learning experience. After each round the HR gave me prompt feedback about my performance in that particular round. I completed 1 face to face technical round and 1 programming round on the first day and after two days i came back for the rest of the process. Next i had a code presentation round. With that all technical rounds of interview got over. Then i had a managerial discussion which was not a technical round but its just the discussion about my previous experience and my cultural fitment with the company. My last round was the discussion with the MD of the company and it went really well. He made me feel free and shared his experience and also asked about my experience, my ambitions, etc. After a long day .. the HR informed me that i had cleared all subsequent rounds and cumulative feedback from all panels is positive and congratulated me. After this the offer process started and i was provided with the offer presentation wherein they explained me everything about the company, its origin, its customers, its product, its culture, etc. I was also explained about my growth path for next 5 years. It was really good to know as other employers with whom i worked never did anything like this. Finally i was given an impressive offer for the role of Senior Development Specialist. Then i was asked to submit 2 of my original docs for few months. Though it did sound a little weird when i heard this from the HR, but later he explained me the reason for the document submission. It was nothing but to show some commitment from my side towards joining the company so that they can also commit to their client/customers. He also told me that they will also initiate the process of background verification. Finally they gave me an opportunity to speak to their employees about the documents and i was convinced.

      Question 1

      Initially we had a brief discussion about MVC architecture and SOA. Thereafter, i was asked to differentiate between Web API and WCF and the advantages of either. The Major emphasis was on fundamental OOPS and Design Principles. Next was a coding round where i was given an elaborate problem statement to create a web application. As i had worked on MS test, the focus of code review went towards TDD. Make sure if you are going for the coding round brush up your skills on SOLID principles and Unit Testing.

      *** PLEASE DO NOT CALL PEOPLE FOR INTERVIEW, IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PAY AND WASTE CANDIDATE TIME AND EFFORT *** will have more than 3 rounds. 1. Technical - Panel can have 1 or 2 - concentrate more on .Net basics, OOPS, SOLID, Design Patterns. 2. System Test - Need to implement it - concentrate more on design, thought process, Patterns, Maintainability 3. Code Presentation - Need to explain design and thought process. But i was given presentation twice with 2 teams not sure what was the reason. Not cleared this round, no proper justification provided by HR very pathetic response. My Advice for any other candidate who wants to attend the Prowareness interview. "please do not attend the interview, attend it if you want to waste your time and effort."
