I enjoyed talking to everyone and they had good questions. Interview process was three one-on-ones and a panel interview. All rounds were great. I was very disappointed with a pay and overall package. Their overall package was a significant pay cut for a senior position. They did not offer a 401k plan as well. Another red flag was the founder asking what was my current pay during the interview.
