I have received three interviews through Providence/Swedish. The first one I was scheduled for a video call I scheduled via an emailed link. I waited an hour and no one showed up/logged in. I contacted the recruiter through the information I was provided when scheduling and no one responded. The second one I received the same link to schedule a video call but it said no times were available. I contacted a different recruiter that I was assigned from them and they informed the hiring manager wished to do manual scheduling and would be in contact. After several days of nothing I contacted the recruiter again and received no reply. Waited several more days and contacted them again with no reply. Both of these were applied to through internal recommendation links from a long standing employee in a different department. My third interview was through a travel company. My recruiter said Providence/Swedish was interested and asked me for my availability for an interview and said they would get back to me with a time. 4 days later and several times of my recruiter reaching out to them they stated the position was actually cancelled.

The recruiter emailed to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was over Teams with the manager and another employee and lasted 1 hour. Questions were situation-based (ie "tell me a time when..").
