Phone screening was done first, then selected to proceed to self-schedule an interview. The interview was via Microsoft Teams and it was with the hiring manager and educator. They were very friendly. It lasted for about 30-45 minutes.

The interview process was simple you get asked about a case study where they view how you grasp the immediate information and 6 other questions on why that program, delegation, priority, patient safety.
short, 30mins. asked basic questions, no clinical scenarios. process took a total of three weeks from applying to getting a response. mainly behavioral questions, nothing specific about pharm, patho, etc.
