It was slow. there was little clarity on job description , requisition id, and the next steps. The interviewer was genuinely interested in the application process. But there was lack of coordination within the team.

The worst interview and recruitment system I ever had. A complete waste of time. Recruitment process is pretty bad. The recruiter are heartless and making the rejected candidates to wait 1 month just to get their rejection email. I am not even reach my final interview but they want me to wait. It would be better if the hiring manager say no, the recruiter send the rejection email right away so then the candidates can use their time well.
I got a video interview, then a phone interview with hiring managers, they keep repeating the question, and it seems like it is not 2-way communication. They mute when I explain and not giving feedback towards my answer, if u wanna feedback u need to ask them.
Providence please fix your recruitment.
