Interview process was long and disorganized. Recruiter didn't call at specified time. Second phone interview was overly personal on part of the interviewer--I knew more about her than the job at the end of it. Third and supposedly last multi-hour panel interview was followed by multiple other interviews.
Across the board everyone talked a lot about Providence being caring and mission driven but not one person I asked was able to tell me about any actual service or program that showed this--they all fell back on repeating advertising copy, talking about their personal experiences and feelings, or quoting scripture. Seriously.
Basically I think I kept getting called back until they finally figured out I wasn't Catholic--at which point I was told I wasn't "a good fit" for the job. Which, as I'm no fan of bigotry and treating patients like cattle, is a true statement.

Submitted my resume for a position posted with an erroneous job description. Needless to say the interview ended after they realized I wasn't a match and I read the job posting to the interviewers. They didn't make a good impression and from the endless number of negative reviews, I am relieved that it interview ended.

Contacted by recruiter; submitted to an online interview program; called by principal; and informed I wasn't selected via email.
Overall, it wasn't too bad, but one would imagine that a company which prides itself on having an amazing mission and is in the business of helping people would be so sterile in its hiring process (i.e. emails, online video interviews, email rejection). I received two phone calls - one from the recruiter and one from the very harried hiring manager. Would not recommend.

Phone screening, lasted about 20 minutes. HR questions are the norm..."Tell me about a difficult situation and how you handled it"? HR member was short, snide and incompetent.
