I had a phone screen with a recruiter. He stated that he will update me by x day on when the in person interview will be for the following week. Did not notify me by x day. I followed up consistently, and was told to hang tight because the nursing manager was not sure of his schedule yet. Told a couple weeks later, the position has been filled without going into interview. I thought this whole process was super unprofessional. Why bother trying to schedule if you arent going to in the first place?

Phone screening was done first, then selected to proceed to self-schedule an interview. The interview was via Microsoft Teams and it was with the hiring manager and educator. They were very friendly. It lasted for about 30-45 minutes.
