A single panel non-technical interview with several Supervisors setup via Sr. Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator. The process took weeks prior to the 1 hour interview. The interview itself took less than an hour only to be told that I’m over qualified. Because of this I was left wondering why couldn’t the hiring manager figure that I was over qualified just by reading my resume?

Several role-play scenarios depicted by each Supervisor. All non-technical instances. One in particular was “I heard about this thing called a PBJ sandwich. Can you walk me through how to make one?”

Entretien
1st interview with all techs, 2nd interview with manager, maybe other way around. It involved all members asking interview questions. Lead IT asked a lot of technical questions, while others asked questions of why did you want to work here.
