Hiring takes about a month from job offer to orientation. You must pass a background check, you will have 48 hours to pass a drug screening, health screening (i.e TB negative), and have all of your immunizations.

Easy but took some time, definitely has a waiting process to it. But overall very easy. Nice people when I was interviewed, nothing bad to say at all about the company.
