I was told by the recruiter that it was a CRM position but halfway through it became more about MS Project and a teaching type of role. They are a bit disorganized on communicating what specifically they want so you have to draw that out. In my case after the 3rd interview I read reviews of the company here on Glassdoor and became less interested and received a separate offer in the middle of the interview process. So I was not disappointed in the end.
