Phone Interview with HR Interview with Hiring Manager and Director of Engineering for panel style interview for approximately one hour Interview with VP of Engineering for 30 minutes prior to leaving to fly back home
Zoom panel - friendly team that asked good questions about my experience. We were able to get in a few jokes and still talk business. They seem to really enjoy their jobs.

Process was rigorous but fair. Very difficult technical questions, but focused on the soft skills too. Well rounded questions that were appropriate for the position I was applying for. These gave me a good indication of what I was getting into.
