The interview is done usually with the lobby manager and teller supervisor in an office. You are asked about previous jobs in which you handled cash. They alternate asking the questions. They are really common sense questions. Once you're hired you're required to do some training, reading procedures on a computer, shadow another teller, and attend webinars.

Simple behavioral interview. looking for kind patient people. no curveballs and asking about availability. You'll usually interview with the teller supervisor and or the Banking center manager of the location

Nothing nerve racking. Questions were very straight forward. They mostly asked about organizational skills, and personality traits. Afterwards, I was told to wait for an e-mail from the company recruiter, to see if I got the job. After the interview, they did a background check, and I was already working the following week.

Entretien
Very relaxing, straight forward interview questions. My manager was very good at making me feel comfortable while interviewing and made me feel at home. After the interview, I left knowing that I would love working there and love the people that I worked with, and I was not wrong.
