Applied online and the process took a week Pros - for the most part, very welcoming people who try to make you feel comfortable. Cons-Would have been a positive interviewing experience if it wasn't for the first interviewer being on his phone the whole time.

*This interview was completed December 2016 It started with a phone call from a recruiter which rolled into a phone interview. I was scheduled an onsite interview via email next day. About a week later I went in for the onsite interview which lasted about an hour. I met with one manager at a time but in total, interviewed with three managers. Not a panel! Three seperate mini interviews back to back. About four days later I was called by the recruiter and was offered the job. Everyone was polite and professional. Management was transparent and honest and were able to answer my questions without hesitation. I really liked that they were prepared.
