My first interview occurred over phone by recruiter to screen if I know the area and operation of equipment like hydro cyclones, flotation cells etc. Once, I crossed that barrier, I had one to one interview with the process engineer, engineering manager and human resources. The interview was very detailed with respect to the produced water treatment technologies and personal traits.
