Only had an initial call with the recruiter, who was absolutely terrible. He kept cutting me off and insisting that playwright experience was the only thing that mattered (which I have), but I was rejected for not having "a very specific skills set" - I'm guessing direct experience with the exact tech listed on the job description. Transferable skills need not apply.
