J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Propeller Digital (Londres, Angleterre) en sept. 2019
Entretien
I Interviewed almost a month ago with propeller and then filled out a small task. They said they would get back to me within the week. So 10 days later I emailed to ask if there was any other news. To which they said they would get back to me in a few days. Didn't even tell me if I got the job or not, they have not emailed me since. I think this is a really poor way to handle potential employees. Also in my opinion there was a very unwelcoming atmosphere of a cliquey group of girls. The interview itself was very easy as was the task. I think it's completely down to if you would fit in with the Clique. But after reading the reviews on glassdoor I wouldn't accept anyway.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Propeller Digital (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2017
Entretien
Phone call - roughly 10 minutes long, casual chat about current status, brief experience and why you wanted to work for the company
Interview 1 - relatively casual interview with very relevant questions, nothing to catch you out, it was a judgement of character as well as ability which was very obvious. It didn't feel as though I was answering a list of questions.
Interview 2 - had to complete a small task, met some more senior members of the team - similar questions asked to first interview
There were direct questions, but it felt more like a conversation
The overall experience was very positive

I was invited to attend two face to face interviews. One with hiring manager (informal chat to get to know me) and then the 3 days later with the director (most competency based, serious interview)
