Interview felt a bit informal. I immediately determined that he (the owner) did not have a firm understanding on how to conduct an interview. He failed to ask any of the standard key questions and was unfamiliar with the on-boarding process. Prior to my start date he actually started calling me and assigning me work and pressuring me although I was not yet on payroll. It was very bizarre. I'm glad to be out of there.

To be honest, he didn't present anything too difficult for me to answer. He was also very misleading. He down played the responsibilities of the role and offered to match all that my former employer offered me. He later reneged on the benefits.
