Online assessment to gather personality type. Then they ask a few questions while you record it on video asking about what season you like and what is unique about you. The in person interview was very light as well. They asked me about my background and if I had any questions for them.

What is your understanding of the role? Walk me through your resume? Do you have any questions for us.
In the video assessment they asked what season do you like most and why? They also asked what makes you unique? Also some question about how you handled a difficult situation.
I applied online and afterward, received an email with a link to a "quiz" that asked the same questions multiple times in different ways. At the end of that was a video portion that required a camera and you were to answer questions while recording yourself. I feel awkward being videotaped so ultimately it just felt weird and didn't reflect my personality at all. As expected I received an email saying they were not interested. I rate this experience as a negative because the video portion is probably awkward for some people who might still have been really great employees.
