Phone screen then an in-person interview. Describe work experience, past projects and some algorithmic questions. Fairly standard dev interview stuff. Got an office tour and met some of the staff. Very nice team overall. The final offer of ~$65,000 was well below market average and the role is 100% on site. Honestly the offer was pretty disrespectful for a software dev in 2023.
