There are 3 sets of interviews in the hiring process:
First : Interview with HR , general introduction and compensation expectations
Second: Interview with Project Managers on project management experience
Third: Interview with Management

Question 1
Can you describe how you managed a project from beginning to end?
The HR person was supposed to interview me, she was late and never showed up. No email, mind you the initial email was a template with no personalization or mention of the process/ who’s to be interviewing me.
She didn’t show up, I emailed saying I felt disrespectful and then she had the audacity to call me and claim it was my fault and that she was always in the meeting, which she wasn’t. I’m a young tech-able guy, I’m not an idiot. Blaming someone AFTER you’re late is the last thing you should do in an interview. Also left a horrible impression of Project X, their talent-acq team and the people culture that’s to be expected there.
Poor experience.
