The initial interview was about 30-45 minutes. It was the director and Assistant Director. They asked normal interview questions nothing fancy. The next interview took a little while to schedule on their end. It consisted of some more questions and a presentation on the organization to the Director and Assistant Director. They said they would let me know by a certain day and didn't call until after 5pm that day, b/c there is so few staff they are very busy.
