First was a brief conversation with the recruiter. Then a video screening. Then, the direct manager. All were fairly easy to talk to, and I felt went well. Then I stopped hearing from them. I reached out at least 3 times, and did get responses. The final time I reached out I asked if the position has been filled, and was told yes. I found it odd that no one ever contacted me to say they passed on me.
