The third step was a live interview over the web, having been a top performer & Manager for years it’s not serious. Instead of wanted to evaluate how strong & effective you are thru conversation, they have a Flunkie grading you on the Star Method - in short, they are more concerned in what format you answer a question than your ability or what answer you actually gave. They lost me at $53,200 for a Serious Position with a Heavy Workload. You can wait Tables and make $70,000 a Year.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
