Entretien
The first rounds of interviews is a pre recorded video method. Your given 45 seconds to prepare after hearing the question. Then you have 2 attempts to make a 3 minute answer. Before doing my video interview, I read someone elses and they made a valid point of using the first attempt of 3 minutes to formulate and answer. I opened a sticky pad on my screen and jotted down key points that align with the star method to answer my questions. Although, I did not do this for all of the questions, I did do it for most.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
